Ting makes it easy to remove a single line from your account, whether you were testing the service or even using a temporary line.
If you accidentally deactivate your line, contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll help you reinstate it.
1. Log in to your Ting account.
2. Go to Device settings.
3. Select the number you want to remove.
4. Click the pencil icon next to the status.
5. From the drop-down menu, choose Deactivate this device.
6. Click Deactivate.
