Changing a Phone Number Destination
Need to redirect a phone number? No problem.
When a number is added to your account, it’s assigned a destination allowing calls go to the right place. You can change that destination anytime, whether setting up a new auto-attendant or moving the number to a different user.
⚠️ This feature is limited release. Ting Voice is only available to a select group of limited release participants.
Changing a phone number's destination
1. Head to the Phone Numbers page.
2. Locate the phone number you want to modify and click Edit Settings.
3. Select Phone Number Rings To.
4. Choose a new destination from the drop-down menu.
5. Click Save. The changes will be applied immediately.
