Referring a Friend
Did you know that by referring a friend to Ting, you both can receive a free month of fiber internet service?
- Simply have your friend share the email associated with your Ting account with the Ting Advisor when they sign up.
- Once both accounts are activated, we’ll apply the promotion — the free month will be applied to your next bill and your referral's second month.
Combining offers
We cannot combine another promotion with the "Refer a Friend" promotion.
If your friend creates a new account with another promotion and lets us know you referred them (by providing your email), we will apply whichever promotion has the higher value to their account. Regardless of the promotion used, you'll still receive your free month of service as a thank-you for helping to grow the Ting family!
