How do I know if I am in a Ting Town?
A "Ting Town" is any area where Ting offers internet. You can check whether you are part of a Ting Town by using our address checker on the homepage of ting.com.
Signing up for Ting Mobile
Navigate to the Ting Mobile Offer Page
- Go to the Mobile page via Ting.com navigation and click Get Started.
- Order or pre-order Ting Internet and use promo code “COMBO” at checkout.
- Already a Ting Customer or taking advantage of our Ting Town residents' deal? Proceed to the next step.
Verify Your Device Compatibility
- Verify if your phone is compatible using our device check tool.
- If you need more help checking your device's compatibility, you can call our support team at 1-800-228-1757.
Order Your SIM Cards
- Use this form to order as many free SIM cards as you need.
- After confirming your Ting Internet order, we’ll send you an email.
- From the email, select the number of SIM cards you need.
- Expect your SIM card(s) to arrive in approximately 2-3 business days.
Activate Your SIM Card(s) and Set Up Your Account
- When your SIM card(s) arrive, call Mobile Support at 1-800-228-1757 to activate them.
- Mobile Support will help you set up an account online.
