We’re upgrading the network in your area. As part of this, if you're currently on a Calix 844-G model ONT in router mode, you’ll also receive a new eero 7 router to keep your service running smoothly.

How will I know if my ONT is affected?
We'll be contacting you if you currently have a Calix 844-G model ONT in router mode. Keep an eye on your inbox for an email.
How do I know when my eero installation will take place?
We'll call you to setup an appointment at a time that works well for you.
I missed an installation appointment call from Ting
No problem. Call us back at 1-844-846-4994 and we’ll get your appointment set up.
Why do I need to use an eero?
If you are currently using the original Calix 844-G model ONT in router mode, it will no longer be able to support its built-in router after the upgrade.
We’re lending an eero at no cost to keep your connection running smoothly.
Do I need to be home for my appointment?
Someone 18 or older will need to be home during the installation.
Do I need to do anything?
You can get a head start by downloading the eero app and creating an account.
Find it in your app store: eero for iOS | eero for Android.
How many eero nodes will I be getting?
One eero is included with your upgrade.
Can I use another router?
Yes. You can use your own third-party router or mesh system if you prefer as long as it is compatible.
You'll need to plug your router into port 1 on the back of your modem when setting it up.
Can I keep the eero if I leave Ting?
No. Ting eeros are loaned equipment and must be returned if you cancel your service.
If it’s not returned, a charge may be added to your account.
How many eero nodes will I be getting?
One eero is included with your upgrade.
Will my Wi-Fi name and password change?
You can keep the same network name and password.
Can I rent more eero nodes?
Yes. Additional eero nodes are available for $8/month.
Can I manage my Wi-Fi settings?
The eero app lets you manage your network, connected devices and more.
