What to expect when you cancel

You’ll get service right up until your billing cycle renews. - You won’t be charged again after your final billing date

Your mobile service will stay active. If you’re on Ting Unlimited Combo, your rate will change to $25/month per line, since combo pricing is for Ting Internet customers. Need to cancel Mobile too? - Leave the fiber access box
Also called the ONT. It stays with the home and doesn’t need to be returned.
