What to expect when you cancel
- No contracts or cancellation fees
We’ll never hit you with random fees. It's not our thing. - Your service stays active until the end of your current billing cycle
You’ll get service right up until your billing cycle renews. - You won’t be charged again after your final billing date
Again, hidden fees and surprises are not who we are. - Have mobile service?
Your mobile service will remain active. Need to cancel Mobile too? - Leave the fiber access box
Also called the ONT. It stays with the home and doesn’t need to be returned.
