What to expect when you cancel

• Ting has no contracts! Your account will close at the end of your monthly billing cycle.
• You'll continue to have internet service until the end of your billing cycle.
• You'll receive no further bills after you cancel.

If you're renting a router

• If you're renting a router, we'll provide you with options to drop it off or have it picked up, with instructions for returning your rented router.

• Please leave the fiber access box (also known as the ONT) that your router plugs into at the residence.

If you have both Ting Mobile and Internet services:

• Your mobile devices will be deactivated automatically within 48 hours.
• Your Internet service will continue until the end of your billing cycle.
• Your account will close once your Internet service is deactivated.
• You will receive your final bill with what remains of your mobile usage at the end of the billing cycle.
