Now that collecting a $9 preorder fee has ended, will you give that back to me?

Yes, since the preorder fee is no longer required, Ting is offering refunds. You’ll need to:

1. Verify your mailing address
2. Ting will then send a physical check for $9

If you’d prefer not to take a refund, you can choose one of these options:

• Free Ting Mobile service through 12/31/25 with a special redemption code
• Donate your $9 to a local Boys and Girls Club

What happens if I choose the refund option, but I don’t receive it?
