Signing up for Service Outage Text Alerts

We highly recommend signing up for updates from Ting Internet Outages. This ensures you receive real-time communications on the status of any outage and repairs to service in your area. No need to call in -- you can choose to get alerts right to your email or phone!

When you subscribe, we will only send notifications about outage alerts.

Steps to Subscribe

  1. Go to tinginternetstatus.com.
  2. In the upper right-hand corner of the screen, click SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES.

  1. Subscribe to email, phone text message (SMS), Slack, or RSS feed by clicking the icons at the top of the page.
SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES window displays buttons for email, text message, Slack, and RSS feed notifications, with email as the default option.
  1. Select the appropriate Country code.
  2. Enter your mobile Phone number.
  3. Click SUBSCRIBE VIA TEXT MESSAGE.
  4. All components are selected by default. Click Select none and check the boxes of the Ting towns and other notifications you're interested in getting notified about.
  5. Click Save.
  6. You'll receive a text message from our short-code number "78774."
    Reply YES to confirm.

We highly recommend signing up for updates from Ting Internet Outages. This ensures you receive real-time communications on the status of any outage and repairs to service in your area. No need to call in -- you can choose to get alerts right to your email or phone!

Steps to Subscribe

  1. Go to tinginternetstatus.com.
