Clearnetworx is a Western Colorado-based fiber internet provider. They have recently acquired the Ting fiber network in Montezuma and La Plata County, Colorado, and San Juan County, New Mexico. Customers in these areas who previously had internet or phone service with Ting are now customers of Clearnetworx as of October 1st, 2025.
Your internet and/or phone service is moving to Clearnetworx, who acquired this portion of the Ting network.
No, your service will continue without interruption. The only change is that your billing and customer communications will come from Clearnetworx.
Your first bill will be generated on October 1, 2025 and will be due by October 10, 2025. Please continue to pay Ting for any services before October 1.
The goal is to keep you on a plan similar to your current one in terms of speed and price. If changes are made, Clearnetworx will communicate them directly, and the intent is to improve service (like faster speeds or lower bills).
You can contact Clearnetworx at (970) 240-6600 or info@clearnetworx.com.
Yes, your account will be transferred to Clearnetworx, and they will reach out with instructions to set up your customer portal and payment preferences.
Your payment information is protected. Ting does not store your raw credit card or banking details. Instead, your information is securely stored by our payment processor in an encrypted format.
If a payment is mistakenly made to Ting, it will be reconciled and forwarded to Clearnetworx, but this could delay posting to your account. We strongly recommend updating your payment to Clearnetworx starting October 1.
We are working directly with our payment processor and Clearnetworx’s payment processor to securely transfer your payment profile. This ensures your payment method will carry over to your new account without you needing to re-enter it.
With this secure handoff, your autopay and billing preferences will remain in place with Clearnetworx. You won’t need to take any action unless you’d like to update or change your payment method.
No changes are required at this time. You can continue using your existing equipment unless Clearnetworx reaches out with upgrade options.
Internet service will continue unchanged. Additional communication will come from Clearnetworx around setting up your account with them.
If you use Ting email services (such as myDurango or myCortez), those services are being continued and will continue to be owned and operated by Ting. Additional instructions around the handling of these services will come to you later in the year.
No installation is required unless you are upgrading to a new package or technology. Clearnetworx may undertake some work to upgrade or install new equipment and will reach out to the customer directly if a visit is required as part of this work.
Clearnetworx offers multiple service bundles. We recommend customers reach out directly to Clearnetworx to explore these options with them.
