From paying your bill to checking the label and seeing what’s inside. All the facts and nothing hidden (unlike that unlabeled can in the back of the pantry that might have expired in 2012).
Ting Internet billing is monthly, automatic and managed entirely online in your Ting Internet account. Here’s what to expect:
Your billing cycle starts the day after your installation. This date becomes your billing date each month. Internet service is prepaid, meaning you’re automatically charged at the beginning of each new cycle.
You can pay using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover), or by ACH (Automated Clearing House), which pulls the payment directly from your bank account on your billing day.
If you have a credit on your account, it’ll automatically be applied when your billing cycle renews.
If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll email you right away. We’ll try again over the next few days, so you have time to update your payment method.
