Not sure if your phone supports eSIM? Check your device settings:
iPhone
- Open your iPhone Settings.
- Select Cellular.
- Tap Add eSIM.
Android
Option 1:
- Open your device Settings.
- Go to Connections.
- Select SIM Manager.
- Tap Add eSIM.
Option 2:
- Open your device Settings.
- Go to Network & Internet.
- Select SIMs.
- Tap +Add SIM.
