Activating an eSIM with Ting is easy. Whether you’re getting a new number or bringing your number to Ting, the process is seamless:

1. Start Your activation‍

Begin the activation process through the Ting website.‍

2. Choose your eSIM option‍

When prompted to check your SIM or buy one during activation, select "Get an eSIM" . This is only available if your device is compatible.
📌 Note: In some cases, eSIM may only be available on IMEI 1 or IMEI 2 on your device. If you don't see the option, try using your other IMEI. ‍

3. Receive your eSIM details‍

At the end of the activation process, you'll need to complete your eSIM activation. Ting will send you an email containing:

• A QR code to scan.

• A manual activation code for devices that require manual input.‍

4. Set up your eSIM

1. Open your phone’s settings, navigate to your cellular or mobile network options, and select "Add Cellular Plan."
2. Scan the QR code or manually enter the code provided in the email.
