Order online
- Visit our shop page to order your SIM.
During activation
- You can also order a SIM while activating your device. Just follow the steps and we’ll guide you.
- If your phone supports eSIM, skip the wait and activate instantly.
Shipping info
- We’ll email you tracking details when your order ships.
- Most SIMs arrive in 2 business days, but shipping can take up to 5 business days.

Ordering during activation?
No SIM? No stress.
During your Ting activation, we'll offer to send you one if your phone is compatible with a physical SIM card.
1. Check your IMEI.
2. If a physical SIM (or PSIM) is needed, you'll see an option for Physical SIM.
3. Enter your address and select Continue.
4. Once your SIM arrives, you're ready to activate.
