Your Ting billing history made simple
Everything you need to know about your billing history is just a click away. Learn how to view past payments, understand your charges, and stay on top of your account all in one place.
Locating your billing history
Need to review your billing history? Follow these steps:
- Log into your Ting account.
- In the side bar, select Billing History to view all your billing details.
- By default, you’ll see your bills from the last six months. To view older bills, use the dropdown menu next to Six Months and select a specific year.
Navigating your billing history
Your billing history provides an overview of your past bills with key details:
- Date:
The date your billing cycle ended and the bill was generated. - Monthly bill:
A clickable link to view the detailed bill for the selected cycle. - Amount:
The total amount billed for that cycle.
Viewing your monthly bill
Here’s a breakdown of the information available in your monthly bill:
- Amount due and billing date:
This section displays your total bill for the month and the date your payment method was charged. - Download option:
Download your bill as a PDF or print it for easy reference. - Your plan and active lines
View your plan details and the lines active during the last billing cycle. If a line wasn’t active for the full cycle, its cost will be prorated and displayed here. - Taxes and regulatory fees
Find a breakdown of the taxes and fees Ting is required to collect. Use the dropdown menu to see a detailed list of these charges. - Total amount
This section provides the total amount billed, with individual breakdowns of your plans and taxes for full transparency.
